Refund Policy

1. Scope and voluntary refunds

This policy applies to digital app licenses purchased through the official CAT-CH checkout. The same policy covers the base license and purchases including the Lifetime Cat Pass. These are not automatically renewing subscriptions, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel.

We offer a full refund if you request it within 7 days of purchase and have not activated the purchased license. This voluntary policy is additional to, and does not limit, the statutory withdrawal and product-conformity rights described below.

2. After activation and other requests

A change-of-mind request after 7 days or after activation may fall outside the voluntary policy. However, activation or downloading does not automatically remove all refund rights.

Contact us with your order information about duplicate payments, non-delivery, incorrect charges, unresolved material errors on a supported system, or features that do not match the product description. Where required by law, we will provide appropriate remedies such as a correction, replacement supply, price reduction or refund.

For purchases outside the official checkout, contact the relevant seller. Use on hardware or operating systems disclosed as unsupported at purchase may affect a voluntary refund assessment, but does not exclude rights arising from inaccurate descriptions or mandatory legal obligations.

3. Statutory rights in Korea

Where Korean e-commerce consumer law applies, consumers generally have 7 days from the statutory starting date, such as receipt of the written contract information, to withdraw. Restrictions following the start of digital-content supply apply only when statutory requirements, including advance disclosure and trial-use measures, are satisfied.

Separate withdrawal rights for supply that differs from advertising or the contract remain available within 3 months of supply and within 30 days of becoming aware, or reasonably being expected to become aware, of the discrepancy, as provided by law.

4. Statutory rights in the EU

Where EU withdrawal rights apply, consumers generally have 14 days from concluding the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. For digital content, this right may be lost after supply begins only if you expressly consented to immediate supply, acknowledged the loss of the right, and received the legally required confirmation.

Activation alone does not automatically remove this right if those conditions have not been met. Rights concerning defects, non-delivery and digital content that does not conform to the contract remain separate. Mandatory consumer protections in other jurisdictions also take precedence.

5. How to make a request

You can use the support email on this page or the Lemon Squeezy support route shown on your receipt. Include your order email, order number if available, purchase date and request. You do not need to give a reason when exercising a statutory withdrawal right that does not require one.

An unambiguous withdrawal notice sent within the applicable deadline is not treated as late merely because review is still pending. Other valid request methods provided by law or the merchant remain available. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, clipboard contents or your complete license key.

6. Processing your refund

Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record, to the original payment method. If another method is necessary, it will be addressed in accordance with applicable law. After a refund is initiated, the time for it to appear on your statement depends on your financial institution and payment method.

Statutory reimbursement deadlines take priority. These may include 3 business days after valid statutory withdrawal for digital content under Korean law and 14 days after notice of withdrawal under EU rules. Internal review or approval procedures do not extend those deadlines.

Lemon Squeezy may also handle requests under its own buyer terms and refund or dispute-resolution authority. This policy does not restrict the merchant’s legal duties or your mandatory consumer rights.

7. After a refund and contact

A fully refunded purchase no longer grants the corresponding paid license or download rights. You must stop using or reselling the refunded license. The refund process does not remotely delete clips or files stored on your Mac.

Changes will be posted with a revision date and will not retroactively reduce the refund conditions of completed purchases. Use the contact details below for questions about refunds or orders.
